Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the UNESCO IHE Delft Rotary Scholarship, applicants must:
Be academically admitted to the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education’s MSc Programme in Water and Sustainable Development.
- Be nominated by a local Rotary Club after an interview and selection process.
- Submit a fully completed application form to the joint Rotary/IHE Delft selection committee.
- Be a professional in the field of water and sanitation or a related area.
Application Procedures
Interested candidates should follow these steps to apply:
- Apply for admission to the IHE Delft Master program in Water and Sustainable Development by April 1, 2025.
- Search for your nearest Rotary club early in the application process.
- Approach the Rotary club and request a nomination for the scholarship.
- Complete the application form with the Rotary Club.
- Submit the completed application form to the Rotary/IHE Delft selection committee in the Netherlands by April 15, 2025.
- Await notification of the selection outcome by May 15, 2025.
- Final approval is pending formal endorsement by The Rotary Foundation on July 1, 2025.
