- Teachers, researchers, and artists in universities: Must be invited by a Slovak institution that has academic and research qualifications.
- Study Duration: For students, scholarships last one to two semesters, whereas for PhD candidates, professors, researchers, and artists, they last one to ten.
- Applicants must meet the Language requirements of the country (English, French, Slovak or Spanish).

- A curriculum vitae (CV)
- A motivation letterA study or research proposal
- Admission or invitation letters from a Slovak institution
- Academic transcripts and certificates (translated into Slovak or English)
- The deadlines for applications are October 31 for the summer semester and April 30 for the upcoming academic year.
