    The UOWD Master Scholarships are established to support international students pursuing Master’s level programs at the University of Wollongong in Dubai.

    The UOWD Master Scholarships offer two categories of financial aid based on academic performance: a 25% scholarship and a 15% scholarship. Additionally, the Adam Gilchrist Sports Scholarship is available for students excelling in sports, offering up to 50% tuition fee coverage

    Eligibility Criteria

    To be regarded eligible for the UOWD Master Scholarships, applicants must:

    • Nationality: Be international students applying for the first year of a Master’s program at UOWD.
    • Academic Grades: Meet the minimum grade requirements based on their country of origin for the 25% and 15% scholarship tiers.
    • Enroll in a minimum of 2 subjects per trimester.
    • Maintain a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 65 or above.- Avoid receiving any failing grades (F or TF).

    Eligibility for the Adam Gilchrist Sports Scholarship includes:

    • Being a representative player at the emirate, national, or international level.
    • Meeting the minimum GPA requirement of 3.0/4.0 for master’s applicants.
    • Actively participating in UOWD sports teams.
    • Meeting UOWD’s admission criteria.

    Application Procedures

    To apply for the UOWD Scholarships, Applicants should follow these steps:

    • Submit the Scholarship Application Form along with supporting documents, including academic transcripts, certificates, awards or achievements, and referee reports (if applicable).
    • Applications should be submitted to FRED and Registry Services (1st Floor) before the deadline.
    • Ensure all documents are submitted by the application deadline of March 20, 2025.
