The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was instituted by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to support French higher education institutions in drawing exceptional foreign students to join their master’s and PhD programs.
The program seeks to empower future foreign leaders in both the private and public sectors, particularly in key areas of study. It also specifically welcomes candidates up to 25 years old from developing countries at the master’s level and those up to 30 years old from both developing and industrialized countries at the Ph.D. level.
