    • Eligibility Window for Multiple Degrees:In the event that an applicant holds multiple degrees, eligibility is determined by the most recent advanced degree they have earned.

    • Cooperate with Host university: Work closely with the host university to ensure that your application meets institutional requirements and is approved by the president (or designee).
