Université Paris-Saclay international Master’s Scholarships for international students, is offering scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year to outstanding international students enrolling in its Master’s programs.
The initiative, funded by the IDEX program, aims to attract talented individuals worldwide and support their academic pursuits, particularly those interested in research leading to a PhD.All Master’s programs approved by Université Paris-Saclay are acceptable, with the exception of vocational training.

Scholarship Overview
The Université Paris-Saclay IDEX Scholarship provides funding for international students admitted to a Master’s program at one of its affiliated institutions, including AgroParisTech, CentraleSupelec, Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay (ENS Paris-Saclay), INSTN-CEA, Institut d’Optique Graduate School (IOGS), Université d’Evry-Val-d’Essonne (UEVE), Université Paris-Saclay (UPSaclay), Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ).
Scholarships are awarded based on academic excellence and cover either one or two years of study, depending on the student’s admission level (M1 or M2).
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the scholarship, candidates must:
- Be admitted to a Master’s program at Université Paris-Saclay or one of its partner institutions.
- Be an international student studying in France for the first time.
- Be under the age of 30 at the time of selection: Applicants should not exceed the age of 30 as they will not be considered.
- Not have been previously enrolled in a French higher education institution, except under specific international exchange programs.
- Not receive any other financial aid exceeding €600 per month.
- Not eligible for Applicants who have not pursued their education for more than three years in a row.
Application Procedures
- The application process is by invitation only. Candidates selected by the admission panel will receive an email containing a link to the scholarship application form.
- Applicants must provide contact details for two referees, who will submit recommendations online. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
- As soon as both referees have turned in their recommendation forms, the application will be deemed complete. The applicant bears the responsibility of ensuring that the referees fill out and turn in the forms on time. Results are expected to be released by the end of June.

- Tuition Fees: The Université Paris-Saclay scholarship provides €10,000 per academic year, paid over ten months (September to June).
