- Postgraduate and mature undergraduate applicants must have relevant work experience. Applicants are also expected to contribute to their country’s development for at least two years after completing their studies.
- Additionally, they must have resided in their home country for at least two years before starting their program.

Application Procedures
The application process opens on 1 February 2025 and closes on 28 February 2025.
- Apply online : Applications vary by country, so candidates must check the country-specific requirements and apply online through the official website.
- PhD applicants should identify potential supervisors before applying: Applicants applying for Phd must have a guidance to direct them through application, this guardian is a supervisor.
- Applicants must ensure they meet the academic and visa requirements of their chosen institution.
- Submission of proficiency test results: Applicants are expected to to have a high proficiency scores approved by the University. Each university or education institution sets the minimum level of English you need for your preferred courses, so check their website. In general, you need to have at least an overall IELTS score of 6.5 with no band below 6.0, a TOEFL score of 90 on the online exam with a writing score of 21, an overall PTE Academic score of 58 with no communicative skills score below 50, and an overall Cambridge Academic English (advanced) score of 176 with no bands below 169 in order to pursue a postgraduate degree.
- In general, you need to have at least an overall IELTS score of 6.0 with no band lower than 5.5 and a TOEFL score of 80 on the online exam with a writing score of 21 in order to pursue an undergraduate degree.
- An overall PTE Academic score of 50, with no communication skills score less than 42
- An aggregate score of 169 with no bands below 162 for Cambridge Academic English (advanced).
