Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
- Must hold an offer of admission for an eligible postgraduate taught programme starting in September 2025 at Newcastle University Business School.
- Must have achieved, or be expected to achieve, a UK 2:1 or its international equivalent.
- If English is not the applicant’s first language, an English language qualification equivalent to IELTS 7.0 is required, with no score below 6.0.
- Open to students from any country; however, priority is given to applicants from underrepresented backgrounds within the postgraduate taught student cohort.
Application Procedures
Applying for the Business Excellence Scholarship does not require a separate application. Instead, eligible candidates are automatically assessed during the academic course application process.
