    • General Category:The applicant must be enrolled full-time in a Nigerian university at the 200 level and accepted for the 2023–2024 academic year.
    • Must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale (or equivalent).
    • Must have obtained at least six O-level credits in one sitting, including Mathematics and English.
    • Visually Impaired Category:Must also be a 200-level student at a Nigerian university.
    • Must have a CGPA of at least 2.5 on a 5.0 scale (or its equivalent).
    • A minimum of five O-level credits must have been obtained.
